Veracity
AI reads every campaign, people make every call
A trust-&-safety triage copilot for donation crowdfunding: a two-stage Claude pipeline scores each campaign's fraud risk and quotes the exact text behind every flag, but it only ever recommends. A human reviewer makes every call, and that boundary is enforced in code, backed by a 30-case eval set that tracks precision and recall.
Tradeoff A demo on a 30-case eval set, not a deployed product. Precision and recall hold at that size; I haven't run it against a real campaign firehose.
Logistics Analytics
AI that routes, never invents numbers
A demo over a sample year of logistics orders: ask in plain English while real Claude tool-use only routes; every KPI and forecast comes from deterministic SQL and math, never the model.
Tradeoff Runs on one sampled year of orders. The routing is real, but the data isn't yours, so read the forecasts as a shape, not a number to bank on.

Upload a meal photo to get an estimated FDA-style nutrition label, then chat with an AI dietitian about what you're eating.
Tradeoff Nutrition is estimated from a photo, not weighed. Good for spotting patterns, not for counting macros on a cut.

Local tutoring, built to be found
A real site I built for my mom's private-tutoring business in Surabaya so local parents can find her on Google: SEO-first, with structured data, dynamic OG images, and a fast Next.js build.
Tradeoff Built for one tutor in one city. The SEO works; it wouldn't generalize to a multi-location directory without a rewrite.
